Use 24, 32, 48, 64 based on your resolution and scaling settings.
Click on the "Button size" label and click the. Navigate to where you saved the start button texture (Image #1) and double click it. Click where it says "Button image" then click on the. Check the circle that says "Custom button". 
The next step will explain how to change the start button.
Next click the label that reads "Taskbar opacity" and inside the type "40". Click to the right of where is says "Taskbar texture" and navigate to the location you saved the textures to. Check the box labeled "Glass" under Taskbar Look. Open 'Classic Shell' and click "Show all settings" then click on the taskbar tab. This step will explain how to set the taskbar texture and get the settings correct for the taskbar section. 
Be sure you save the textures in a place that wont be touched, I recommend opening file explorer and navigating to your Windows installation and making a folder in the root folder called "Custom" and putting the textures inside that folder.
